This blog started out with I writing out fun security tricks and techniques. I later focused it on how my audience can break into the security engineering field by providing interview guidance i.e. different question types, how to go about answering them etc.

I got a ton of responses and comments about the interview guidance posts. A lot of folks found it useful and some where also able to get into companies like Google. Meanwhile I continued to receive direct messages and emails about the same topic but the questions were also broader e.g. how do I land a role in security without experience? Which certifications should I pursue? etc. These were much broader in nature and my time did not scale well to answer each and everyone of them.

So after several years of effort, I and Raaghav have put together all of our learnings and experienced in a book for you. We named it “Kickstart your security engineering career”.
